“AAA” Alberta Beef

The Sawmill serves only “AAA” Alberta Beef, aged a minimum of 28 days. Our signature dinner of Prime Rib with Natural Beef au Jus is served with traditional Yorkshire Pudding. The Salad & Oyster Bar boasts an impressive array of 35 fresh salads, oysters on the half shell, peel and eat shrimp and much more.

Ambience & Service Style

Experience our relaxed and elegant dining rooms which feature rich tapestry, warm wood finishes and etched glass. Each beautifully appointed restaurant is designed with several seating options; quiet nooks, private booths and larger alcoves for larger group celebrations.

Proudly, our service style is semi-formal, with our talented dining room Servers dressed in a modern style black dress shirt, complimenting tie, formal black dress pant and patent leather shoes.

All locations have adjoining lounges and patios, with lighter or full service menus and a vast selection of traditional and specialty beverage selections.
